  • The ceremony & reception attire are black tie preferred and requested. If a tuxedo is not possible we understand, but please dress to the nines!

  • Average temperature ranges (mid-50s to 60s°F), WE always recommend being prepared with layers, just in case the weather dips.

  • Both the ceremony and reception will be Indoors

  • We will be providing transportation from all host hotels. If you chose to forgo, we encourage ubering to the Ceremony location and we will have transportation awaiting all guests to take to the reception. 

  • We kindly request that only the guests listed on the invitation attend the wedding. As Renee and Will have carefully curated their guest list, we ask that you respect their wishes regarding this. Thank you for your understanding! 

  • Please see our ‘hotels’ page on the website for all out-of-town guests who are looking for a place to stay.  We have some hotel blocks reserved at The Moxy Williamsburg, The William Vale, and the Even Hotel. However, of course, you are also free to stay anywhere you wish!

  • We encourage all guests to arrive at the Ceremony no later than 15 minutes prior. We will have a welcome beverage awaiting you.

  • Transportation will be provided from all three host hotels. Using a ride-share app such as Uber or Lyft is recommended if you choose not stay at The Moxy Williamsburg, The William Vale, or The Even Hotel.

    Other transportation options include the NYC ferry, or the subway.

    Ferry: The South Williamsburg ferry Stop is a 9 minute walk from Industria and a 10 minute walk from the domino Refinery Shell. The South Williamsburg stop runs on the East River Line.

    The East River Ferry stops at Wall Street (Manhattan), Dumbo (Brooklyn), North Williamsburg (Brooklyn), Greenpoint (Brooklyn), East 34th Street (Manhattan), Hunters Point South (Queens).

    Subway: the marcy avenue (m & j line) and the bedford avenue (l line) are both 16 minute walks from the venues.
